Rajasekhar is planning to bring Telugu beauty Anjali in Telugu film Industry once again. She was last seen in Chitrangada, which was released in 2017. It is known news that Dr Rajasekhar has signed his next upcoming film which will be helmed by AWE fame young director Prasanth Varma. According to the latest update, the makers have approached Anjali to play the female lead role. The actress who is very impressed with her character and narration, has given her verbal consent but did not sign the movie yet. If everything will go accordingly, very soon Anjali will be seen sharing the screen space with Dr Rajasekhar in this upcoming film. Anjali’s role in the movie is yet a suspense.
According to the latest update, the movie of Dr Rajasekhar and Prashanth Varma has been titled Kalki. On the occasion of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s birthday, the makers released the pre-look poster of the film, which grabbed the attention of many. The makers will officaly announce the title of the film on 26th August. Set in 1983, this period thriller will showcase Dr Rajasekhar in a different avatar. Rajasekhar is producing this upcoming drama on his home banner. Prasanth Varma has already confirmed the news that the story of Rajasekhar’s film is set in 1980’s Telangana. The regular shoot is expected to start by the end of this year.
Dr Rajasekhar was last seen in Spy thriller drama PSV Garudu Veda, directed by Praveen Sattaru, and produced by M. Koteswara Raju. The film which has Pooja Kumar, Kishore, and Shraddha Das in supporting role, and Sunny Leone shook her legs for an item song, was hit at the box office.
On the otherside, Anjali is currently busy in her upcoming Tamil projects- Geethanjali Sequel, Kaanbathu Poi, Lissa, Nadodigal 2 and O , which are in different production stages.
