Mahanati TRP Rating has become the talk of Town. Mahanati, the biopic of South Indian legendary actress Savitri, which has already created several records at the box office, has now created on more record but this time on small screen. The film’s television premiere happened on Star Maa on 19th August and now according to the latest update, Mahanati, the Savitri biopic, has received a staggering TRP of 20.16 which is one the highest in the recent times. Keerthy Suresh proved her power on small screen with Mahanati. Rajiv who works for Star Maa has confirmed this news via his tweet, as he wrote on the wall of Twitter, “#Mahanati TV Premiere delivers 20.16 TRP’s and @StarMaa gets highest ever 936 GRP’s.. Phenomenal this is.”
Mahanati is directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by C. Ashwini Dutt, Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema banners whereas the film has the music by Mickey J. Meyer. Keerthy Suresh played the titular for of Savitri whereas Malayalam starrer Mammotty essayed the husband of Savitri- Gemini Ganesan. Apart from them, Mahanati has other stars like Samantha Akkineni, Vijay Devarakonda, Srinivas Avasarala, Bhanupriya, Malavika Nair, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Naga Chaitanya, Krish, Rajendra Prasad, Tulasi, Sai Madhav Burra, Shalini Pandey, Prakash Raj, Naresh and others in supporting roles.
Meanwhile Keerthy Suresh is busy in her upcoming film Sarkar, directed by AR Murugadoss in which she is playing the love interest of Vijay. Once again Keerthy Suresh will play the role of Savitri Mahanati in upcoming one of the prestigious biopic NTR, being directed by Krish, in which Nandamuri Balakrishna is playing the lead role. Apart from Sarkar and NTR biopic, the actress will also be seen in playing cameo in Samantha Akkineni starrer Seema Raja, which is arriving at the theaters on 13th September.
