Arjun Reddy, the path breaking break, was released last year on 25th August, and turned out blockbuster at the box office. After delivering Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial venture Vijay Deverakonda became overnight star in Telugu Film Industry. Today on this occasion Vijay Deverakonda shared a pic of Bloody Arjun Reddy on his social media site- Twitter and captioned it, “1 year! Until next time me and @imvangasandeep meet, you’ll have to make do with this. #ArjunReddy P.S. This was the first picture we took.” Sandeep Reddy Vanga also wrote on the wall of his twitter, “Time just flies…. can’t believe one year passed so fast just like that

Arjun Reddy was produced by Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s brother Pranay Reddy Vanga under the banner of Bhadrakali Pictures. Shalini Pandey played the love interest of Vijay Deverakonda. Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Rahul Ramakrishna, Jia Sharma, Sanjay Swaroop, Gopinath Bhat, Kama Kamaraju and Kanchana in supporting roles. Arjun Reddy is all about the story of Arjun Reddy Deshmukh ( Vijay Deverakonda), a high-functioning alcoholic surgeon who has anger management problems. The film focuses on his downfall and subsequent resurgence.
Currently Arjun Reddy is going to be remade in Hindi, in which Padmavaat star Shahid Kapoor will play the lead role. The remake is expected to go on floors next month. On the other-side, Chiyaan Vikram’s Son Dhruv is playing the lead role in it’s Tamil Version, which has been titled as Varma. According to the latest buzz in the film Industry, once again Vijay Deverakonda and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga will team up in 2019 for an upcoming project to recreate the magic. An official confirmation is expected to be out next year. Currently Arjun Reddy star Vijay Deverakonda is enjoying the success of his recent offering Geetha Govindam, directed by Parasuram, produced by Bunny Vas under the banner of Geetha Arts 2.
Vijay Deverakonda will be next seen in NOTA, Dear Comrade and Taxiwala.
