Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya gets engaged to Jagapathi Babi niece

Rajamouli and Rama Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya has got engaged to Pooja Prasad, the niece of versatile actor Jagapathi Babu. Recently the young man SS karthikeya revealed that he is going to get married with his girlfriend Pooja very soon. The duo- Karthikeya and Pooja Prasad has been in love for the past couple of years.

Yesterday Karthikeya shared his pic with Pooja Prasad on his twitter and captioned it, “Yesss!! Very excited to dive into this new phase of my life with the love of my life! Pooja. Thank you for the all the love that you have been pouring. Can’t thank you all enough! Love always.”

 Pooja Prasad is the daughter of Jagapathi Babu’s brother Ram Prasad’s daughter.  She is trained classical singer. She had also released a devotional music album in the past. The engagement ceremony of Karthikeya and Pooja Prasad was took place at Rajamouli’s residence.

SS Karthikeya is working with his father SS Rajamouli in his movies as the second unit director and associate director. He has also worked as a line producer in the movie ‘Yuddham Sharanam’ which was released in 2017 and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya played the lead role. The movie was bombed at the box office and later Naga Chaitanya personally apologised to fans for disappointing them.

 On the otherside, currently Rajamouli is busy in his upcoming directorial venture RRR in which young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan will play the lead role. Currently the movie is in pre production stage.

 Recently Rajamouli’s son Karthikeya  also made his entry in the field of sports. Karthikeya is going the manage the sports team, Nalgonda Eagles, in Telangana Premier Kabaddi, along with Sai Korrapati for the second season.  Karthikeya himself confirmed this news via a tweet. He wrote on his Twitter, “Excited to step into a new era of sports. I and Sai Korrapati garu are very proud to present our @TPKNalgonda team for the Season 2 of @TPKabaddi.  Come watch the game and witness the wrath of Kabaddi from Sept 14th.  #TelanganaPremierKabaddi #AsliKabaddi @playmonks.”
