NOTA is all about the story of a flamboyant young man (Vijay Devarakonda) who becomes accidental Chief Minister of the State. Mehreen Kaur Pirzada is playing the female lead and will be seen playing a journalist. Apart from them, the film has other stars like Sathyaraj, Nasser, M.S. Bhaskar and Priyadarshi in supporting roles.

NOTA is directed by Anand Shankar and the music is scored by Sam CS. The lyrics of Song Shot Number is penned by Sree Mani.
