Manikarnika Teaser: Kangana Ranaut starrer upcoming movie Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has already created lot of buzz in the Indian Film Industry. Now the makers have release the teaser, which is going viral on social media. Kangana Ranaut is playing the role of fierce warrior and queen mother- the Queen of Jhansi Rani Lakshmibai, who fought with British to win the independence of her beloved kingdom.
The director Krish also shared the link of Manikarnika teaser on his Twitter, “Here is the teaser of the heroic symbol of courage and Sacrifice #Manikarnika.”
Manikarnika Teaser starts with the voice over of Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan. In the teaser, Kangana Ranaut, legendary Maratha queen, is seen as fierce commander who is able to handle her sword perfectly. She is seen doing sword fighting and horse riding.
Written by Rajamouli’s father KV Vijayendra Prasad of Baahubali fame, Manikarnika also starring Zeeshan Ayyub, Ankita Lokhande and Jisshu Sengupta in supporting roles.
The trade analyst Taran Adarash also wrote of Manikarnika teaser on his Twitter, “POWERFUL… BRILLIANT… Teaser of #Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi… Stars Kangna Ranaut… Directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi… 25 Jan 2019 release… #RepublicDayWeekend… #Manikarnika Teaser.”
Movie lovers are very impressed with Manikarnika teaser. One of the netizen wrote on the Twitter, “Manikarnika Teaser is fantastic. National award worthy acting and oscar level vfx work. Wont be surprised if some Hollywood records get broken too.”

Recently Manikarnika was also in news headline because of Sonu Sood, who was playing Maratha Army commander-in chief Sadhashivrao Bhau in this periodic drama. He quit the project, saying he could not work under an incompetent director. However, Kangana Ranaut said that he was not ready to work under the woman director, so he left the project. Manikranika is scheduled to hit the theaters on 25th January 2019.
