Suresh Babu, the noted producer has been booked for as rash driving incident in which 3 people-. Neelam Satish Chandra, 35, his wife Durga Devi and their child Siddesh, 3, were injured. This incident took place on last Sunday night near Secunderabad. Durga Devi’s brother Sanjay Kumar has lodged a case with the police.
According to the latest update, Daggubati Suresh Babu’s acre met with an accident when he was on the way to Secunderabad’s Imperial Garden. The sources say that his speeding car rammed into a bike. The couple and their kid, who were on the bike suffered injuries and they have been hospitalized.
Daggubati Suresh Babu has escaped unhurt with slight damages to his car whereas Neelam Satish Chandra sustained a fracture in his right leg and Siddesh suffered injury on his forehead. The family was coming back to home at Lalaguda from Kukatpally.
According to few onlooker, the bike was coming in the wrong direction. After the accident, Suresh Babu flew from the accident spot.
The case has been registered at Kharkhana police station and the investigation has been started. The police have said to have served notices to Suresh Babu under section 41 A to attend the interrogation. However, more details are yet to be known.
On the work side, Suresh Babu has produced number of Telugu movies like Bobbili Raja, Coolie No.1, Preminchukundam Raa, Ganesh, Kalisundam Raa, Jayam Manade Raa, Nuvvu leka nenu lenu, Malliswari, Tulasi, Drushyam and Gopala Gopala. In 2012, Suresh Babu received Andhra Pradesh state Nagireddy-Chakrapani National Award for his contribution to the cinema.
Suresh Babu started his career with the movie Devatha in 1982, though he started putting his name as producer from Bobbili Raja onwards. His last production venture was Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi starring Abhinav Gomatam, Sai Sushanth Reddy, Venkatesh Kakumanu and Vishwak Sen which was directed by Tharun Bhascker.
