Rana Daggubati is well known face for Bollywood audiences. He has received lot of applause by Hindi audiences for his wonderful performance in multilingual movie Ghazi:The Attack. And now, the actor is all set to comeback to the Hindi film industry. If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Rana Daggubati has been approached to play an important role in Bollywood movie Housefull 4, which is based on the theme of reincarnation. If everything will go accordingly he will replace Nana Patekar.
It is known news that recently Tanushree Dutta alleged that Nana Patekar had sexually harassed her during the shoot of Horn Ok Please. On the other side, Sajid Khan is also facing the charges of Sexual harassment. Due to the allegations, both Nana Patekar and Sajid Khan were removed from the film. Farhad Samji has officially been roped in as the director and the hunt was on for Nana Patekar’s replacement. The sources say that the makers of Housefull 4 are planning to bring Rana Daggubati on the board after Nana Patekar walked out of the film in the wake of ongoing MeToo controversy.
On the other side, the names of other actors like Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Dutta started to circulate as potential replacements for Nana Patekar.
The sources close to Baahubali Star Rana Daggubati say that the actor has given his green signal to step into Nana Patekar’s shows. However, an official announcement is awaited regarding it.
Housefull 4 is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. This is the fourth installment of the Housefull series. The movie starring Akshay Kumar, Chunkey Pandey, Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda.
On the otherside, Rana Dabbubati will also be seen playing Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in upcoming NTR biopic.
Apart from this movie, Rana Daddubati is also busy in multilingual drama Haathi Mere Saathi.
