Upasana shared her latest and an old pic, and captioned it, “ Same saree, same me ALWAYS HAPPY & POSITIVE Just 14 kgs lighter – body, mind & soul !” She has lost her 14 kg weight. Ram Charan’s wife Upasana who is now a fitness expert had been trolled by people during at the time of her marriage.

According to Upasana, she was 14 kgs more than her what she is today. Her diet plays a major role in losing weight.

Earlier during the media interaction, Upasana said that in her teenage years she had faced difficulty to run. And the weight she had at that time shocked people as she was a close to 100. Upasana was 90 kgs when she was pursuing her studies in UK.

During her journey with weight loss, Upasana transformed herself by being conscious about her wellbeing. The Mega Bahu also spoke to the fitness experts. And now, she has become a fitness and health expert herself. Now days she is offering tips to the people by sharing workout plans and diet plans on her social media site- Twitter.

 Meanwhile Ram Charan is currently busy in his upcoming movie RC12, which is being helmed by Boyapati Srinu. Rangasthalam and Dhruva fame Ram Charan will be next seen in Rajamouli’s RRR.
