What you did with this character Vijay Devarakonda

Vijay Devarakonda has recently sent his wishes to Sandeep Reddy Vanga when the title of his next upcoming film (Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy) was announced. He wrote on Twitter, “Kabir Singh! Arjun Reddy wishes you the best  @imvangasandeep – Full power to you my man.” Shahid Kapoor replied to Arjun Reddy star saying, “Was so inspiring to see what you did with this character brother. You will always be the original. Much love. #kabirsingh.”

Again Vijay Devarakonda wrote on twitter, “Big brother, much love and respect back You and Sandeep will do magic. I excitedly await to see you as Kabir! #KabirSingh #ArjunReddy.”

We have already reported that Padmaavat star Shahid Kapoor is playing the lead role in Hindi remake of Telugu hit movie Arjun Reddy, which has been titled as Kabir Singh.

 The Telugu movie- Arjun Reddy, was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in which Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey played the lead roles. Arjun Reddy is all about the story of a medical student who resorts to alcoholism and the drugs after being separated from his girlfriend.  The movie was a blockbuster hit following which its remake rights in different languages were sold out like hot cakes.

Earlier during a media interaction Vijay Devarakonda has said, “As an actor, it will be interesting to watch the Hindi film which is directed by the same director Sandeep Vanga.”

Kabir Singh is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani. Apart from Shahid Kapoor, the film also Bharat Ane Nenu girl Kiara Advani in the female lead.

It is known news that Vikram’s son Dhruv is playing the lead role in Arjun Reddy’s Tamil remake, which is titled as Varma. It is  directed by the award-winning director Bala.

On the otherside, Vijay Deverakonda is waiting for the arrival of Taxiwaala, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 16th November.
