Allu Arjun recently spoke about #Metoo in Telugu Film Industry. It is known news that Sri Reddy, the controversial actress, is fighting against casting couch in Telugu film industry and the actress has revealed several names like Natural star Nani, Koratala Siva, Viva Harsha, Kona Venkat and others who asked her sexual favours. On the otherside, recently on the occasion of Vijay Devarakonda’s Taxiwaala pre release event, stylish Star Allu Arjun said, “Few days back, my brother and I discussed the #MeToo campaign, and let me tell you that the Tollywood is the cleanest one that gives the most respect to its actresses.” It means, without using any name, Allu Arjun attacked Sri Reddy!
At the pre release event, Allu Arjun opened up about how Tollywood is the only one that truly respected its actresses. He added, “I enquired about the lead actress of supernatural thriller drama Taxiwaala- Priyanka Jawalkar and learnt that she is a Maharastrian brought up in Anantapur. Whoever likes Telugu culture are all deemed as Telugu people.” Allu Arjun further said, “I wish many more girls would venture into the Telugu film industry.”
It is known news that when Sri Reddy abused Jana Sena President and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun’s father Allu Aravind came forward in the support of Pawan Kalyan and responded over casting couch issue. He said, some people are trying to belittle, and insult Tollywood, the flag of which was flown high internationally with Baahubali movie.
Not only Allu Aravind, Allu Arjun also came in the support of Pawan Kalyan and the pic of Allu Arjun with Pawan Kalyan went viral on social media.
On the otherside, Sri Reddy has also revealed several names ( Murugadoss, Raghava Lawrence,Sreekanth and others) from Kollywood. Today once again Sri Reddy wrote on her Facebook, “Thu. .I wanted to see ur dead end..i am dreaming now,but my dream wl come true..u dnt have any u turns..karma is bk of u to make u to run..u hv cheap feeling on girls na,wl see your ending how horrible it is..I nvr forget my tears..”
