Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh (DeepVeer), the Bollywood lovebirds have finally tied the knot in a traditional Konkani-South Indian style at the Villa del Balbianello at Lake Como, Italy today on 14th November. Now they are married.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took their wedding vows in an intimate ceremony in the presence of family members and close friends.
On the occasion of wedding, Ranveer Singh wore a Kanjeevaram sherwani whereas While the bride Deepika Padukone wore Sabyasachi red lehenga. The big fat Italian wedding of the year is a private affair and a strict no-photos policy is being followed by the guests at the wedding venue.
It is heard that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have requested their friends not to click any pics of them, but they will share photographs from the ceremony on social media sites very soon.
Deepika Padukone, 32, and Ranveer Singh, 33, who dated for six years, once again will get married in a traditional Sindhi ceremony tomorrow on 15th November. It is expected that the newly wed couple will come back to India on 16th November. They are going to host their first wedding reception in Deepika Padukone’s hometown Bengaluru at The Leela Palace hotel on 21st November followed by a star-studded reception at Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on 28th November.
According to the latest update, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh exchanged rings last night and the ceremony was followed by the formal dinner. The pre-wedding festivities included a mehendi ceremony, followed by sangeet.
