Gas Balloon Blast in KTR Road Show, 3 injured

KTR (KT Rama Rao ), the IT and Industries Minister, has started campaigning for TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) in Hyderabad through conducting the road shows and his campaigning has started at Uppal etc. KTR has assured that Uppal region will be developed into the  IT hub and reminded that Hyderabad is living in peace under TRS rule along with the international companies queuing up to the city. KTR’s road show turned tragic as a gas balloon was blasted during roadshow at industrial area in Uppal and 3 people are injured in this blast.

During KTR’s road show at Uppal, Telangana Rashtra Samithi supporters arranged helium filled balloons at the spot.  Few of them burst and caught fire.According to the latest update, 3 people suffered injuries.

According to an eye-witness account, a few persons hold 15 to 20 balloons and tried to release them, when a group of excited youngsters too tried to join them, the air balloons burst and caught fire, triggering panic for some time, the 3 persons suffered minor burns. One  person suffered the burns on his head, whereas two others suffered the burn injuries on their arms. Police rushed them to the nearby hospital, where they were discharged after being administered first aid.

The police said that the burns were minor and the condition of the injured was stable and out of danger.

The burst of balloons happened just a few minutes before KTR arriving at Uppal Crossroads for  the roadshow.  KTR was not present there when this incident took place.
