Taxiwaala touches half million marks

Taxiwaala starring Vijay Deverakonda has touched half million marks at USA box office.  It is known news that unedited version of  this supernatural thriller drama was leaked on the internet before the film’s release. Recently during the media interaction, Vijay Deverakonda also said that though he was confident on the content but his movie would not become blockbuster at the box office because of its horror genre. But finally Taxiwaala is turning out hit at the box office and has joined the club of half million marks.

 Yesterday the trader analyst Jeevi shared the collection figure of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Taxiwaala on his twitter, “#Taxiwaala collects $33,244 from 88 locations on Monday in USA. Total gross is $466,747” Now according to the latest report, With Tuesday’s $34K , Taxiwaala has touched Half Million mark in USA.

 Taxiwaala is directed by Rahul Sankrityan and is produced by  Bunny Vas, V. Vamshi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati  under the banner of Geetha Arts and UV Creations. The film has the music by Jakes Bejoy. Priyanka Jwalkar and Malavika Nair are playing the female leads.

 Vijay Deverakonda starrer Taxiwaala was released on 17th November and it competed with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Ileana D’Cruz starrer Amar Akbar Anthony at the box office. But as Srinu Vaitla’s directorial venture Taxiwaala received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day, the audiences preferred to Taxiwaala.  The only movie which can low down Vijay Deverakonda’s film at the box office is Shankar’s directorial venture 2.0 starring Superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 29th November in a very grand manner.

Vijay Deverakonda’s fans can’t stop gushing about the film. Thanks to the comedy and some horror moments. Once again Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam star has impressed everyone with his film. According to the latest buzz, Vijay Deverakonda is going to join hands with Tollywood’s most talented director Koratala Siva for his next.
