Saqib Bilal had joined the terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba after disappearing from his home in the month of August and was accompanied by his other friend Muddasir Rashid Parray. They joined the Lashkar-e-Taiba. They were killed on Sunday after an 18-hour-long gunbattle on the outskirts of Srinagar city, along with a Pakistani militant commander, Ali Bhai.
According to the locals, Saqib Bilal was a theatre and football enthusiast, whereas Muddasir Rashid Parray was a cricket lover. Saqib Bilal was a bright student both in academics and extracurricular activities but he was lured by outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba to join after three militants from the area were gunned down in August.
Few days ago, the pic of Saqib Bilal posing AK-47 in one hand and a knife in other hand, went viral on the social media. The actor’s parent said that apart from acting and football, he wanted to pursue the engineering and being a militant was no where on his agenda.
On Sunday, Mudasir Rashid Parray, Saqib Bilal and Pakistani militant who went by his nom de guerre Commander Ali Bhai were killed in an 18-hour gunfight in Srinagar’s Mujgund area.
Rashid Parray, father of the slain militant Mudasir said,” Thanks to Almighty Allah that my son succeeded in the goal he had set to achieve. I pray that his martyrdom is accepted.”
Mudasir Rashid Parray’s grandfather Ghulam Ahmed said, “They didn’t tell me he had turned a militant. I came to know a few days ago.
On the other-side, Shahid Kapoor is currently busy in his upcoming movie Kabir Singh, the remake of Telugu blockbuster movie Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey.
