Mahesh S Koneru shared a short video clip of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram on his Twitter and captioned it, “Can you guess what @nandamurikalyan is doing ? #NKR16 #118Movie #ShootDiary.” Again he tweeted, “Kalyan Ram is undergoing deep dive training for an underwater sequence in #118Movie. “
Kalyan Ram starrer 118 is a thriller drama and there are some of the top notch stunts. One of them is this underwater sequence. It is heard that Kalyan Ram will be seen performing underwater high risk stunts.
118 is being helmed by the ace cinematographer K Guhan and is being produced by PRO Mahesh S Koneru under his banner East Coast Productions. Two actresses Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey are playing the female lead roles.
KV Guhan is a popular cinematographer having cranked the camera for a number of films in his long career including Athadu, Mozhi, Kushi, New, Muni and Jalsa. He had directed the film Inidhu Inidhu in the 2010.
Shekar Chandra is on the board to compose the music for this venture. Kalyan Ram is playing an investigative journalist in the film and he has done some daredevilry stunts in it. The sources say that he will be sporting a new look for the role.
Kalyan Ram starrer 118 was launched by Young Tiger Jr NTR a few months ago. The film launch was a grand affair and the several celebrities attended the event.
Kalyan Ram was last seen in romantic entertainer Naa Nuvve, written and directed by Jayendra Panchapakesan. Incidentally, the movie was bankrolled by the same production house that is bankrolling 118.
On the otherside, Kalyan Ram will also be seen playing his father late Harikrishna in NTR biopic.
