NTR father with Allu Sirish

 Naga Babu who played the role of Young Tiger Jr NTR’s father in Trivikram Srinivas’s directorial venture Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, has been roped in upcoming movie ABCD (American Born Confused Desi, in which Allu Sirish is playing the lead role. Naga Babu will be seen playing the role of Allu Sirish’s father in this flick.

Yesterday Allu Sirish took to his twitter and confirmed the news of Naga Babu’s inclusion in the film as he wrote, “Real life uncle. Reel life father. From the time I heard the ABCD script I could only imagine Nagababai as the doting father. So glad we’re sharing screen space finally. Enjoying shooting the scenes with him.”

Allu Sirish starrer is  remake of Malayali Super hit “ABCD (American Born Confused Desi)”, which is directed by Sanjeev Reddy, who is making his debut as a director, and is bankrolled by Madhura Sridhar Reddy along with Yash Rangineni under the banner of Madhura Entertainments and BigBen Cinema. Ruksan Thillan is on the board to play the love interest of Allu Sirish. Kannada’s top music director Judah Sandhy is rendering the tune.

Goldmine telefilms bought the Hindi digital and satellite rights of Allu Sirish starrer for a whopping price of Rs 2.5 Crores.

As Naga Babu has played the role of father in Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Geetha Govindam and Jr NTR & Pooja Hegde starrer Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, the makers of Allu Sirish starrer ABCD bought him on the board and they are very happy with this combination.

ABCD is all about the story of two America-based NRIs arriving at India for a vacation but for some reason could not go back. In its Malayalam version, Dulquer Salmaan played the lead role with Jacob Gregory, Aparna Gopinath, Tovino Thomas, Vijayaraghavan, Lalu Alex, Sajini Sachariah, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Sijoy Varghese, Santhakumari, and Thampi Antony forming the star cast.
