Prabhas starrer Saaho will be released on 15th August 2019 on the occasion of Independence day. Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead and she will also be seen performing action sequences in this action entertainer, which is being bankrolled by UV Creations.
The shoot of Saaho was started in June 2017. The movie was shot extensively in locations like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Romania and other parts of Europe. Saaho’s first look poster was released on 23rd October 2017, on the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday. The second teaser was released on 23rd October 2018, once again on the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday.
The film is being made on the lavish budget of Rs 300 Cr, which includes the use of VFX. Saaho is being filmed in Hindi and Telugu simultaneously.
Apart from the lead pair, Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor, Saaho has other stars like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma, Natassia Malthe, Lal, Arun Vijay, Srabanti Chatterjee, Mahesh Manjrekar, Chunky Pandey, Jackie Schroff, Vennela Kishore, Sasha Chettri, Tinnu Anand, Naveen Varma Ganapathiraju, Aditya Srivastava, Sivakrishna, Murli Sharma and others in supporting role.
Bhushan Kumar has joined hands with UV creations, one of the leading production houses in the South, and is going to release ‘Saaho’ to the Hindi market. The ultra-modern action flick will see Prabhas’ return to the big screen after the record-shattering ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’.
Apart from Saaho, Prabhas will also be seen in upcoming romantic entertainer Prabhas20, which is being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar of Jil fame, in which Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead.
