Shweta Basu Prasad has shared few pics of her Mehendi ceremony on her mircoblogging page, which are going viral on social media sites.
Her pre wedding festivities was started with Aiburobhat, which is a Bengali bridal shower. She was looking pretty in a traditional red-border Bengali sari.
Last night, Shweta Basu Prasad and Rohit Mittal‘s family were seen dancing while Shweta Basu was getting Mehendi applied on her legs. However, she couldn’t help herself from swaying to the beats. She also shared a pic of her Mehendi adorned foot on Instagram.
A day before their wedding, Rohit Mittal and Shweta Basu Prasad celebrated the Mehendi ceremony with a pool party at The Grand Hyatt, Pune.
Shweta Basu Prasad’s would be sister-in-law shared a few images of the bride-to-be, on microblogging page. Shweta Bau is seen wearing a pink lehenga and blouse with golden sequence work on it.
Shweta Basu Prasad and Rohit Mittal have been in a relationship for more than four years and both were in a live-in relation for about 2 years before taking the plunge. The couple got engaged in June this year. Now they are going to tie the knot today.
Shweta Basu Prasad started her career as a child actress in Hindi films and television series and went on to play lead roles in Bengali, Telugu and Tamil cinema. For her performance in the 2002 film Makdee, the actress won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. After the success on silver screen, Shweta got offers from TV series such as Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Karishma Kaa Karishma. She has also been the part of few Telugu movies – Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Priyudu, Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta. In Tollywood she was last seen in Mixture Potlam, which was released in 2017.
