The sources close to Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy say that Niharika is playing a tribal girl who belongs to Koya community. In the movie, the day after she gets married, her husband gets killed by British army. So she joins Uyyalwada’s group as a rebel, to attack the British.
Niharika Konidela made her Telugu debut with the film Oka Manasu in 2016, directed by Rama Raju V Gottimukkala, in which Naga Shaurya played the lead role. In 2017, she came up with Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, which was turned out commercially flop at the box office but the actress won the hearts with her performance skills.
Niharika Konidela was an anchor on television before pursuing a career as an actress. She has hosted Dhee Ultimate Dance Show. She has also acted and also produced the Telugu Web-Series Muddapappu Avakai under her banner Pink Elephant Pictures . This is the first time Niharika is going to act with Megastar Chiranjeevi in a film, which is being directed by Surender Reddy.
Apart from Chiranjeevi and Niharika Konidela, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has other stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Tamannah Bhatia, Nayantara, Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu, Huma Qureshi, Nassar, Ravi Kishan and others in supporting role. Nayanthara is playing the wife of Narasimha Reddy called Siddhamma.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, a biopic on the 18th-century freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The movie, which has the music by Amit Trivedi, will hit the theaters next year.
