Vishal has share in Tamilrockers?

Popular producer AL Azhagappan, the father of director Vijay has alleged that Vishal Krishna has a share in the piracy website TamilRockers.  During the media interaction AL Azhagappan said, “I’m hearing that Vishal is involved in a lot of criminal activities. Few are also saying that he also has a share in the piracy website Tamilrockers.

The producer AL Azhagappan added, “The Kannada producers council will not allow a Tamil film to get dubbed in Kannada but Vishal Krishna is releasing Yash starrer KGF on his own in Tamil Nadu. Members of the council have many questions for Vishal and when they tried to ask him in the last general body meeting, he escaped without addressing any important topics.”

TamilRockers, the notorious website,  is known for leaking films. Already TamilRockers has leaked several big budget entertainers including Superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson starrer 2.0 and Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan starrer Thugs of Hindostan this year.

Last year in the month of August, the admin of a popular piracy website named Gowri Shankar  was arrested. He was involved in working of 33 websites, some of which include porn sites. He was booked under video piracy act. Initial reports had suggested that the admin belonged to a popular torrent website Tamilrockers.co, but later it was confirmed that  he wasn’t the said admin.

That time, Vishal Krishna, the Tamil Nadu Producer Council President and Nadigar Secretary came forward and addressed the media. Vishal has always been active in the fight against piracy.

 On the otherside, today Vishal Krishna was detained by police for trying to force his entry into the office of the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC). The police said that the rival faction of producers had locked up the premises yesterday, reportedly dissatisfied with the functioning of Vishal Krishna and his elected associates.
