Yash opened up about Rajamouli RRR

Yash who is basking in the glory of his recent offering KGF, has opened up about Rajamouli’s RRR. Earlier there was a buzz in the film industry, that Yash will play the main antagonist in Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial venture RRR But finally the Kannada star has refuted the rumour and said that he was not the part of RRR.

 Yash said, “I read reports that I was part of  Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli’s RRR and that’s why he attended my film function in Hyderabad. This is not true. He attended the event of my movie KGF with no such agenda. I am very thankful to Rajamouli sir who graced my event and encouraged the film KGF. I was really nervous whether my movie would live up to his expectations, but now I am very happy as my film is doing good business in both Telugu States- Andhra Pradesh and Talangana.

Yash said that as a part of promotional activities of my film KGF when I visited various cities, Iike Tirupati, Vijayawada and Vizag, I spoke to media and refuted the rumour about doing Rajamouli’s film.

Yash said that he has not signed any Telugu movie and he is not interested to enter in Tollywood immediately  the success of KGF.

Yash also talked about KGF: Chapter 2  and said that second part of KGF would  be interesting. KGF: Chapter 1 is Kannada-language period action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films. Majority of the film is set in Kolar Gold Fields and was filmed on location Bhuvan Gowda served as the cinematographer and Shrikanth as the editor wheras Ravi Basrur scored music for the soundtrack and the film’s background.

 On the otherside, in Rajamouli’s RRR, Ram Charan and Young Tiger Jr NTR are playing the lad roles.  Till date the makers did not reveal that who will play the female lead.
