It is known news that earlier Teja was on the board to helm NTR biopic but later he walked out from the project and later Nandamuri Balakrishna asked his friend and director Krish to direct the biopic. Teja was also supposed to work with Victory Venkatesh but the things didn’t materialize till date. Now the sources close to the director reveal that Teja is going to team up with Vishal Reddy for an bilingual drama.
Vishal Reddy, the Secretary for Nadigar Sangam is well known face for Telugu audiences. Most of his films have been dubbed in Telugu from Tamil. But with Pandem Kodi, a dubbed version of Sandikozhi, directed by N. Linguswamy, Vishal gained good popularity and fans in both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
On the work side, currently Teja is busy in his upcoming directorial venture Sita in which Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and gorgeous diva Kajal Aggarwal are playing the lead roles. After wrapping up the shoot of Sita, Teja will start the work for Vishal Reddy’s project. The regular shoot is expected to commence from October this year. Very soon the official announcement will be made regarding it.
Currently Vishal is waiting for the release of his next upcoming film Madha Gaja Raj, directed by C Sunder in which Varalakshmi SarathKumar is playing the female lead. Currently the film is in post-production stage.
