According to the diet plan, which is shared by Upasana, Ram Charan starts taking the food at 8 am in the morning and he takes his last meal at 6 pm. Ram Charan has completely avoided taking coffee, red meat, dairy products, wheat, and sugar fruits. He also omitted the supplements.
