Prabhas is getting ready to join the sets of his next upcoming film Jaan which has Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. Recently it was heard that Prabhas will be seen in the role of a palm reader. However, nothing has been confirmed by the makers so far. But now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Pooja Hegde will be seen playing the role of a teacher in Prabhas starrer romantic entertainer Jaan.
Both Pooja Hegde and Prabhas will be resuming the shoot of Jaan from the month of November. The movie is being helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar and is jointly bankrolled by Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations banners.
Jaan was officially launched a year ago with pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. To be predominantly shot abroad, the film was supposed to start rolling from November 2018 but had to be postponed due to action thriller Saaho, which couldn’t be wrapped up in the planned time.
In an earlier interview, Pooja Hegde has said that she and Prabhas will attend a workshop in Mumbai before starting the shoot. Pooja Hegde has also said, “I will be attempting some unique action and musical sequences for the first time.”
Jagapathi Babu has been signed to play the antagonist in Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Jaan.
