Anand Deverakonda, the young brother of Vijay Deverakonda has turned Sarkari school teacher for his next upcoming untitled film, which is helmed by Damodara Attada. We have already reported that Anand Deverakonda has collaborated with short filmmaker Damodara Attada for an upcoming film, which is touted to be a comedy thriller.
The sources say that Anand Deverakonda was not the first choice of this film. The movie was apparently offered to ‘Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya’ actor Naveen Polishetty but due to some reasons, he rejected the movie and the makers roped Anand Deverakonda.
The young actor made his debut as a lead hero with Dorasaani, in which he shared the screen space with Shivathmika Rajasekhar which was just ok at the box office. Now Anand Deverakonda’s upcoming film, a concept-based drama in which he will play the role of Sarkari school teacher will be bankrolled by Vijay Mattapally and Pradeep Errabelly. The upcoming film is said to be a comedy thriller.
Recently during the media interaction, the producer said, “I believe Anand Deverakonda’s body language and his look would perfectly complement such a new-age story. the script is excellent which had a gripping role for the lead actor. Anand Deverakonda will undergo a makeover for the character. “
