According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Catherine Tresa has been approached to play the female lead in an upcoming untitled film of Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer, which will be directed by Boyapati Srinu, who is popular for delivering mass masala movies. Catherine Tresa has already worked with Boyapati Srinu in few movies like Sarrainodu and now once again the director wants to rope her in his next directorial venture which has Balakrishna in the lead role.
Apparently Catherine Tresa is someone who always looks for roles that have substance. The sources say that the actress has been listening few scripts, including that of director Boyapati Srinu. However, Catherine Tresa has not yet zeroed in on any project. Now we have to wait and see whether Catherine Tresa will give nod for Balakrishna starrer or not, which will be produced by Miriyala Ravinder Reddy.
Boyapati Srinu believes that Sarrainodu actress Catherine Tresa will be the right choice for the role. However, she is yet to give her nod to the project. Catherine Tresa has also shaken her leg for Boyapati Srinu’ directorial venture Jaya Janaki Nayaka for an item song in which Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas played the lead role.
On the work front, Catherine Tresa will be next seen in the upcoming much-hyped movie World Famous Lover which has young actor Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Catherine has already wrapped up the shoot of her part. The movie is directed by Kranthi Madhav and will hit the theaters on 14th February.
The project of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu have been launched recently with a pooja ceremony and the regular shoot is expected to commence from the month of January 2020. Apparently Balakrishna will be seen in two roles, in one of the roles, he will make his screen presence as Villager whereas, in the other role, he will be seen as a billionaire.
