It is known news that for Baahubali, Prabahs bulked up his body and It was not a difficult task for Prabhas to get into shape for his Saaho, says actor’s fitness trainer Laxman Reddy. But now once again Prabhas lost his weight for his romantic saga Jaan.
Last year in the month of August, Prabhas’ trainer Laxman Reddy revealed that unlike many actors who find it difficult to lose extra kilos after gaining it for their previous films, losing wait for Prabhas was not that difficult. Laxman Reddy has said, “For Prabhas, fitness training is a stress-buster. It is something he genuinely enjoys.” Talking about Prabhas’s diet plan, the trainer has said that he had put the actor on a seven meal diet, comprising both, carbohydrates and protein, to up his calorie intake. Prabhas had generous portions of rice, bread, egg whites and chicken, and a lot of fats like nuts, as well.
Recently Prabhas was spotted watching Sri Simha starrer recently released film Mathu Vadalara and his pic with Mathu Vadalara team is going viral and his lean look is clearly visible in this pic.
On the work front, Prabhas is getting ready to start the shoot of Jaan where he will essay the role of palm reader and will romance with Pooja Hegde.
If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Young Rebel star Prabhas will be next seen in an upcoming film, which will be directed by none other than Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who has delivered blockbuster movie Arjun Reddy starring the young actor Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey.
