Ritesh Rana is currently on the ninth cloud as his recently released directorial venture Mathu Vadalara is receiving applause from every corner. We have already reported that SS Rajamouli and Prabhas have showered praises for the film. Mathu Vadalara director Ritesh Rana is over the moon about the film success.
Recently during the media interaction, Ritesh Rana admitted that Rajamouli was kept in the dark. Baahubali film maker did not know the kind of film he was doing.
Ritesh Rana added, “When I narrated the script of Mathu Vadalara to the producer, Cherry garu, he called a person I didn’t know, and made him listen to the script. After this he asked me ‘will this guy suit for your lead character’? I replied, ‘Yes!’ Later the producer told me that he is the younger son of music director Keeravani- Sri Simha. when in came to know about Sri Simha, I thought I may not get to execute my script as it was. But Rajamouli garu and Keeravani garu did not interfere in the script. They never tried to put any pressure on me.” Ritesh Rana concluded it by saying about Rajamouli that In fact, he doesn’t even know the kind of film we are doing.”
On the other side, Rajamouli has decided to support Sri Simha starrer Mathu Vadalara and to give the film the much-needed boost, Rajamouli is now promoting the movie by doing a video interview with the film’ lead cast, Sri Simha, Satya and the other newcomers. The interview is going to be out today.
It is known news that before and on the day of Mathu Vadalara’ release, Rajamouli promoted the film by attending the pre-release event and also tweeted for the film.
Mathu Vadalara has been directed by debutant Ritesh Rana and produced by Cherry and Mythri Movie Makers banner.
