Nikhil Siddharth is all set to kick-start the shoot for the sequel to his 2014 super hit supernatural thriller, Karthikeya, which will be helmed by Chandoo Mondeti. The team is currently busy with the pre-production, which is in full swing and the film’s leading lady is yet to be finalized. The sources close to the makers revealed that the plot of the film is based on the architects of temples. After the success of the mystery thriller Karthikeya, Chandoo Mondeti is planning to make a bigger sequel, Karthikeya 2. It is being heard that the plot of the film Karthikeya 2 is based on the architects of temples. Nikhil Siddharth will be seen playing the role of medico in this upcoming movie Karthikeya 2. It is being heard that they are planning to lock Anupama Parameswaran and Nabha Natesh for the female lead of Nikhil Siddharth starrer Karthikeya 2, which will be bankrolled by TG Vishwaprasad.
The sources say that starting from Dwaraka, the story takes us through different swayambhu temples across India. So there’s a lot of travelling. Nikhil will be seen essaying the role of a medico in the film. His character, sets off on an adventurous expedition for a particular cause and later discovers several truths. Nikhil Siddharth has already started the preparation for his role.
The sources revealed that the makers of Nikhil Siddharth starrer Karthikeya 2 are considering two young beauties, Anupama Parameswaran and Nabha Natesh, to essay the female leads. Very soon the official announcement will be made regarding it’s female lead. The source added but it’ll be a toss between Anupama Parameswaran and Nabah Natesh for the female lead of Nikhil Siddharth starrer Karthikeya 2. It is being heard that Swathi, the heroine of Karthikeya, will play a crucial role in the movie.
The makers are planning to shoot major parts of Karthikeya 2 starring Nikhil Siddharth in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other parts of India. On the other side, Nikhil Siddharth was last seen in Arjun Suravaram.
