Once again Samantha Akkineni is going to act in a horror drama. It is known news that Rangasthalam actress has already essayed the role of the ghost in horror comedy-drama Raju Gari Gadhi 2 in which Nagarjuna played the lead role. It has been 10 years for Samantha Akkineni in Telugu Film Industry. Everyone is curious to know about her next film in Telugu. We have already reported that Samantha is going to collaborate with Ashwin Saravan for a movie.
Yesterday someone wrote of twitter, “For the first time, Samantha to act in a proper horror thriller to be directed by Ashwin Saravan. Official announcement very soon #10YearsForSamanthaMania and it’s her first bonafide horror film!” to which Samantha Akkineni replied, “It’s going to be much more than just a horror film.”
The reports are coming that Samantha starrer horror flick will be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu.
On the other side, Samantha has already made an official announcement regarding her Tamil film, in which she will be seen working with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara, in the direction of Vignesh Shivan.
Samantha made her debut in Tollywood with Ye Maaya Chesave, which released in 2010. She has previously acted in U-Turn which had elements of horror.
