A few weeks ago, Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone, who has been the part of several blockbuster movies in her filmy career, recently took to social media to recommend her fans watch Nag Ashwin’s directorial venture Mahanati, the biopic of South Indian legendary actress Savitri. That gives a hint that Nag Ashwin approached her to play the female lead in his upcoming directorial venture which has Young Rebel star Prabhas in the lead role.
Now, the latest gossip going around is that Ashwini Dutt is looking for another heroine as Deepika Padukone quoted a whopping remuneration and also made crazy demands. It is being heard that Deepika Padukone asked for the Hindi rights of Prabhas starrer film and this left Nag Ashwin and Ashwini Dutt speechless and they decided to put her aside and look for someone else. Though this is mere speculation, Deepika Padukone’s demand has become a hot topic of discussion.
On the other side, Baahubali star Prabhas was shooting for the periodic film #Prabhas20 in Georgia with gorgeous diva Pooja Hegde and Bhagyashree when the Coronavirus pandemic hit and the team had to head home without completing their schedule.
Deepika Padukone was last seen in Chhapaak, which was just average at the box office.
