Kollywood actor Vikram, who was last seen in Kadaram Kondan, has joined hands  with director Karthik Subbaraj for an upcoming untitled film, Chiyaan 60. Interestingly, the film  of Vikram starrer will also see his son Dhruv in the lead role. This is the first time Vikram is going to work with Karthik Subbaraj for a film.

 Director Karthik Subbaraj took to his Twitter to make official announcement regarding this project  by sharing a poster and said, “My next directorial after Jagame Thandhiram is Chiyaan 60. Starring Chiyaan Vikram Sir and Dhruv Vikram. And it will have Anirudh musical. So excited for this film Chiyaan 60.”

Coming on the poster, a person is seen giving a gun to a young guy while he is bleeding. The poster gives a hint that upcoming film is based on crime as the backdrop.

Vikram and his son Dhruv starrer will be produced by 7 Screen Studio, the upcoming untitled film marks Vikram’ first on-screen collaboration with Dhruv, who made his debut with Aditya Varma, a remake of the Telugu blockbuster movie Arjun Reddy. Sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander, who has worked with Subbaraj in Petta, is on the board to score the music for Chiyaan 60.
