Adivi Sesh and Regina Cassandra starrer mystery thriller drama Evaru, completed one years of its release today as the movie was arrived at the theaters on 15th August 2019. With Kshanam, Goodachari and Evaru, Adivi Sesh has become synonymous with breathless action dramas in Telugu cinema. Kshanam and Goodachari had a kinetic energy that propelled their narratives forward at breakneck speed, Evaru was designed to evoke a similar feeling.
Helmed by Venkat Ramji, Evaru is an adaptation of the Spanish film The Invisible Guest. The story of Evaru revolves around Sameera (Regina Cassandra) and her secret lover Ashok (Naveen Chandra), who is a cop. One fine day, Sameera is accused of killing Ashok, but she tells the cops that she did so after he s*xually assaulted her. To help Sameera win the case, her lawyer seeks the help of a corrupt police officer Vikram (Adivi Sesh).
The movie Evaru, which is produced by Pearl V. Potluri, Param V. Potluri and Kavin Anne, and has the music by Sricharan Pakala, received positive response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day and it was turned out super hit at the box office.
Meanwhile on the work side, Adivi Sesh will be seen playing lead role in Major.
