Annaatthe is an action drama film, directed by Siva and produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures. The film has an ensemble cast comprising Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth, Meena, Kushboo Sundar, National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh, lady superstar Nayantara, Prakash Raj, Soori, Sathish and Vela Ramamoorthy. We have already reproted that the story of Annaatthe has been leaked and as per the leaked story, Keerthy Suresh will essay the role of Nayantara’ daughter in Rajinikanth starrer film. Now the fans of Keerthy Suresh and Nayantara are shocked after hearing this. Though there is no any official confirmation but it has come out that Nayanatra is playing the mother of Keerthy Suresh.
The makers of Annaatthe have already wrapped up the first shooting schedule at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad but later the shoot was halted due to coronavirus outbreak and lockdown, which was imposed by PM Narendra Modi.
Few days ago there was a strong buzz in the film industry that the movie Annaatthe has been shelved but the makers confimed that the project is on.
Rajinikanth was last seen in action drama Darbar, which was helmed by AR Murugadoss and the film had Nayantara in the female lead role. The movie Darbar was ended up commercially flop at the box office.
