On the occasion of his birthday, Bharat Ane Nenu and Maharshi fame Mahesh Babu participated in Green India Challenge and he also nominated Tamil star Vijay, Young tiger Jr NTR and Shruti Haasan. Vijay has already accepted the challenge and shared few photographs of sapling the plants on Social media sites and now it is the turn of Shruti Haasan to accept the Green India Challenge and challenged Rana Daggubati, who recently got married.
Shruti Haasan took to Twitter and tweeted a few photographs of her planting a sapling. She also thanked Mahesh Babu for the nomination. Shruti Haasan nominated milky siren Tamannah Bhatia, Rana Daggubati and Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan to take up the Green India Challenge.
Mahesh Babu appreciated Rana Daggubati and said, “Glad to see the initiative gaining momentum.”
In past both Shruti Haasan and Mahesh Babu have worked together for the movie Srimanthudu, which was helmed by Koratala Siva and was a blockbuster at the box office.
After lockdown and during unlock, numerous Telugu stars including Prabhas, Samantha Akkineni, Nagarjuna and more took up the challenge. On the work front, Shruti Haasan is awaiting the release of action drama Krack with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and she also recently released a single called Edge.
