Akhil Akkineni and Pooja Hegde are currently working for his upcoming romantic entertainer Most Eligible Bachelor. Akhil who has delivered back to back commercially flop movies, is pinning high hopes on his upcoming film Most Eligible Bachelor which is being helmed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Pooja Hegde started the business and it is said the movie is doing some pretty decent pre-release business. Now according to the latest update, popular entertainment channel Star MAA has bagged the satellite rights of the film movie Most Eligible Bachelor by offering Rs 6.50 Cr. This is a decent deal, considering the financial crunch owing to Coronavirus pandemic and its imminent effects on Telugu Film Industry.
Akhil is playing the role of an NRI while Pooja Hegde will be seen as a stand-up comedian. The movie is being produced by Bunny Vas and Vasu Varma, whereas it has the music by Gopi Sundar.
Akhil Akkineni was last seen on screen in the romantic movie Mr Majnu, which tanked at the box-office. Despite showing a lot of promise, he’s yet to register a hit in his account. But this time Akhil is confident on Most Eligible Bachelor.
