Shruti Haasan, the daughter of Kamal Haasan and Sarika, who entered Bollywood in 2009 with the film Luck, is known for her work in Telugu and Tamil cinema. The recipient of three Filmfare Awards South, she will be next seen in upcoming action entertainer Krack opposite Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. In this film, she will make her screen presence in the role of a doctor whereas Mass Maharaja as a powerful cop. She has also hosted a Tamil TV talk show, Hello Sago where various prominent personalities were invited to talk about their work and life.

On the work front, Shruti Haasan will be seen playing the female lead in Laabam, directed by S. P. Jananathan. Which also has Vijay Sethupathi, Kalaiyarasan, Jagapathi Babu, Sai Dhanshika and Harish Uthaman.
