Actress Madhavi Latha, BJP leader from Telangana state, who is known for her bold statement is once again in the news headlines. Recently Madhavi Latha participated in a discussion and spoke about Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’ death case and the uses of drugs in Telugu Film Industry.
The actress created a sensation by alleging that children of star heroes, directors and producers of the Telugu film industry are consuming drugs Madhvai Latha said, “ The some parties in Telugu film Industry won’t happen without drugs.” It is known news that in 2017, drug racket was busted in Tollywood and number of the celebrities were interrogated.
The BJP leader Madhavi Latha alleged that some of the top celebrities have managed to escape from the investigation in drug case because of their political influences and the investigating officer were transferred to another department.
Madhavi Latha demanded the governments of Telugu states to focus on preventing the consumption of drugs in Tollywood. She demanded that the main kingpins behind drug smuggling should be arrested rather than arresting drug peddlers and registering cases against them. Actress and BJP leader also welcomed the decision of the NCB probing the drugs use in Sushant Singh Rajput’ suicide case.
