Kanche fame Krish, who was all set to team up with Gabbar Singh star Power Star Pawan Kalyan for a big budget period film, put the project on the backburner and started a new film with Vaishnav Tej and Rakul Preet Singh recently. Touted to be a thriller drama, the movie will be shot against the backdrop of a forest. Krish and his team started its regular shooting on the occasion of Independence Day in Hyderabad amidst coronavirus pandemic. When things are going according to a plan, Krish got a huge shock. Now the reports are coming that Krish and Vaishnav Tej have decided to take a break.
The sources say that a technician of this untitled project of Krish and Vaishnav Tej tested positive for Covid-19, so the shoot was called off. Gauthamiputra Satakarni fame Krish is seeing this as a bad omen and decided not to start the shoot till normalcy prevails. The director Krish conveyed the same to Vaishnav Tej and Rakul Preet Singh as well.
The upcoming untitled film is bankrolled by Krish and his brother-in-law Rajeev Reddy under the banner First Frame Entertainment. This is Vaishnav Tej’ second film after his upcoming Telugu release, Uppenna. Vaishnav Tej is Sai Dharam Tej’ younger brother and the latest entrant from megastar Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan’ clan.
