The sport drama Boxer starring Mega hero Varun Tej is one of the much awaited movie of Tollywood. The makers of Varun Tej starrer had wrapped up a crucial schedule in Vishakhapatnam in March before the lockdown was announced. The shooting was stalled due to the lockdown and coronavirus outbreak ever since.
Now according to the latest update, the makers are planning to start the next schedule from 2nd November amid strict adherence to health and safety guidelines issued by the State and Central governments. The sources say that while maintaining sanitization and making masks mandatory on the sets, the makers of Boxer will be shooting with a 30 member crew in the presence of a doctor until the completion of Boxer.
Saiee Manjrekar, who made an impressive debut in Bollywood opposite Salman Khan in the action drama Dabanng 3, will be foraying into Telugu as the female lead of the film and she will be seen sharing the screen space with Varun Tej.
Mukunda actor has been working on his physique ahead of the upcoming schedule. He will soon be joined by Kannada star Upendra, who is playing a crucial role in this sport based movie Boxer.
Directed by debutant Kiran Korrapati, Varun Tej and Saiee Manjrekar starrer Boxer is being produced jointly by Siddhu Mudda and Allu Venkatesh.
