There is a strong buzz in the film industry that Hyderabadi Bollywood actress Dia Mirza’s name was mentioned in the WhatsApp chats of a lady who was accused in the drug scandal. After hearing her name in drug case, Dia Mirza took to her Twitter and denied consuming drugs. Wild Dog actress said that she has never ‘procured or consumed any narcotic or contraband substances of any form in her life’.
Dia Mirza went on to say that the news is false, baseless and with malafide intentions and that such frivolous reporting has a direct impact on her career.
Thappad actress Dia Mirza said that she would like to deny this news as being false, baseless and with mala fide intentions. Such false and baseless reporting has an impact on her reputation that is causing damage to her career which she had built with years of hard work. She has never procured or consumed narcotic in her life.
NCB began investigating the drug angle in Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case after Bengal girl and his girl friend Rhea Chakraborty’s WhatsApp chats with the late actor’s talent manager Jaya Saha surfaced.
On the work front, Dia Mirza is working with Nagarjuna in Solomon’ Wild Dog.
