Pooja Hegde has taken the film industry by storm with her performance skills and the glamour quotient. She made her Bollywood debut opposite Hrithik Roshan with Mohenjo Daro which was released in 2016 and impressed everyone with her good looks and wonderful performance. Pooja who was the second runner up at Miss Universe India 2010, decided to work in South Indian film industry, where she made a debut with Mysskin’s Tamil 2012 film Mugamoddi. In an online interview with Anupama Chopra, Ala Vaikunttapuramloo fame Pooja Hegde said the South has an obsession with navels and the mid dresses. Her navel comment has become the talk of town and few are trolling DJ girl.
When Pooja Hegde was asked about her character in her previous offering Ala Vaikunttapuramloo, staring at her legs, to which she gave a wonderful answer on how she discusses them openly with her directors. But, the actress passed a statement that “the South has obsession with Navels”. This did not go well with her fans and followers and they are trolling her.
It is known news that Pooja Hegde starrer Hindi movie Housefull 4 that has only the skin show from heroines, was a disaster at the box office.
On the work front, Pooja Hegde is currently working with Prabhas in romantic movie Radhe Shyam.
