Adipurush is a 3D action drama that will mark Om Raut of Tanhaji fame director’ first project with Prabhas and second with B town actor Saif Ali Khan. Young Rebel Star Prabhas will be seen in the role of Rama whereas Sai Ali Khan will essay Lankesh. Recently Saif Ali Khan interacted with media and opened up about his role in this big budget entertainer Adipurush.
Tanhaji actor Saif Ali Khan said that the director Om Raut would be giving a humane touch to Lankesh’s character in Adipurush and would try justifying his war with Rama to avenge Lakshman’ act of chopping his sister Suparnaka’ nose.
Kriti Sanon is on the board to play the role of goddess Sita in this humongous pan-India project Adipurush.
Saif Ali Khan has previously worked with Om Raut in historic drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Earlier, talking about joining the cast of Adipurush, the actor had said that he is thrilled to be working with Omi dada again and he has the technical knowledge to really pull it off. Adipurush is a phenomenal project and he is super thrilled to be a part of it! He looks forward to clashing swords with Darling Prabhas and to play a role that is demonic.
