After his blockbuster Sankranthi released movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Stylish Star Allu Arjun is currently busy with his upcoming project with director Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame, Pushpa which has Kannada girl Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role. Touted to be an action drama, Sukumar’ directorial venture Pushpa is based on red sand smuggling.
The film’s first look poster was unveiled on the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday in May that featured bunny in a fierce avatar. It is known news that few days back, few members of Pushpa’ unit were tested positive for the Coronavirus and the shoot was halted.
The makers of Puhspa built up a makeshift set in Hyderabad city. The team picked up a forest area near Patancheru and built a special set, where the makers shot few crucial scenes without much noise. According to the latest report, this Patancheru episode is also wrapped up and now the team of Pushpa including the lead pair- Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna will movie to Maredumilli Forests of East Godavari in the first week of January month.
Allu Arjun will be seen in the role of a sandalwood smuggler named Pushpa Raj in Pushpa which is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and has the music by Devi Sri Prasad.
