Mahanati director Nag Ashwin will be directing Bollywood megastar Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan in his new film which has Young Rebel star Prabhas in the lead role. The big budget science fiction drama also has Deepika Padukone in the female lead role, which will be released in multiple languages worldwide in 2022.
Big B will be paid a huge amount as his remuneration. Meanwhile, the latest news coming in from Bollywood media is that Amitabh Bachchan is going to charge a whopping of Rs 21 crores as his remuneration for Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’ film.
The upcoming untitled film of Prabhas will be co-produced by Swapna and Priyanka Dutt. Earlier during an interview, Nag Ashwin had said, “I feel lucky and blessed that Big B sir has selected our film among the many choices he has. He will have full length role. We believe that he will do justice to this film.”
In Tollywood, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen playing a crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi, Nayantara and Tamannah Bhatia starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
The multilingual project of Prabhas and Nag Ashwin is touted to be a first of its kind science fiction drama set in the backdrop of a third World War.
