Sai Pallavi who is popular for her natural performance, is the part of Paava Kadhaigal that consists of four stories penned by Vetri Maaran, Sudha Kongara Prasad, Gautham Menon and Vignesh Shivan. Vetri Maaran’s short film Oor Iravu, stars Sai Pallavi and Prakash Raj in the lead roles.
During the media interaction, Sai Pallavi said, “ I asked the director Vetri Maaran, “Sir, you haven’t given me the script,” and he told me, “I will give you the script later. I was shocked because we were one day away from the shoot and he did not give me script. I was shocked and I think it was the blind faith I had in Vetri Maaran sir.”
Fidaa girl Sai Pallavi added, “As I was shooting a scene, Vetri Maaran sir asked me to utter the dialogue, which hit my heart and I cried more. He told me the dialogue half an hour before the shot and when I said it out loud, it hurt me so much.
