Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu starrer action drama Okkadu completes 18 years today. The fans took to Twitter and celebrated the stupendous success of this movie, which was directed by Gunasekhar.
Mahesh Babu made his acting debut as a lead actor with the Telugu supernatural thriller Rajakumarudu which was released in 1999 and it was a surprise hit at the box office. However, it was Okkadu that rose Superstar Mahesh Babu to stardom.
The action drama Okkadu is all about the story of a Kabaddi player Ajay Varma ( played by Mahesh Babu), who visits Kurnool for a state level tournament only to save Swapna Reddy (played by Bhoomika Chawla) from the menacing villain Obul Reddy (Prakash Raj).
As the film Okkadu completes 18 years today, the fans of Superstar Mahesh abbu took to Twitter to celebrate the success of the film.
