After delivering action drama Darbar, Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth joined the sets of his upcoming film Annaatthe, which is a big budget family entertainer. Now the makers of Annaatthe have locked its release date and Rajinikanth starrer will be released on 4th November on the occasion of Diwali.
Sun Pictures, which is producing the film Annaatthe, made an official announcement regarding the release date, on their social media handle. The film marks Rajinikanth’ first time collaboration with director Siva, who is known for making Veeram and Viswasam.
Lady Superstar Nayantara and Keerthy Suresh are playing the female leads in Rajinikanth starrer which is being helmed by Siva and currently the film is in the post production stage. Diwali is a favorite festival for the Tamil film trade, and Rajinikanth fans are hoping that Annaatthe will bring the fireworks in cinemas.
The film Annaatthe starring Rajinikanth was officially launched last December in Chennai. The film will have music by D Imman, who has previously worked with director Siva in Thala Ajith starrer Viswasam. Vetri is handling the cinematography work of this big budget entertainer.
It is known news that few days ago, Rajinikanth was hospitalised on in Hyderabad after suffering from severe hypertension and exhaustion.
