Kajal Aggarwal is currently working for her upcoming Bollywood movie Mumbai Saga which has Johan Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. Now according to the latest report, OTT Platform Amazon Prime Video is all set to acquire the streaming rights of Kajal Aggarwal starrer Mumbai Saga.
The sources say that Sanjay Gupta’s much awaited gangster drama Mumbai Saga, starring John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi and Kajal Aggarwal will premiere directly on Amazon Prime Video later this year. The official announcement regarding the release date of Mumbai Saga will be made very soon.
The upcoming film Mumbai Saga is based on true events that transpired in Mumbai in the 1980s. Earlier it was expected to hit the theaters but due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the makers decided to postpone its release.. If the film does so, it will join Shakuntala Devi, Dil Bechara, Gulabo Sitabo, Laxmmi Bomb, Sadak, Khuda Hafiz, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Lootcase, and Bhuj: The Pride of India on the list of films which are skipping their theatrical release due to the Coronavirus pandemic and releasing directly on OTT platforms.
On the otherside, Kajal Aggarwal is also playing the female lead in Acharya which has Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role.
